This document is issued by your company and is submitted together with the online forms, by e-mail or at our headquarters.

A short profile of the company: year of establishment, capital structure, fields of activity, offices, turnover and areas of interest.

The minutes of the General Assembly of the company that adopted the decision to register in ANROM (in original).
