Employers legislation
The legal frame under which ANROM and the employers organisations function.
ANROM functions according to the legal conditions in force. Below are the main normative acts governing the activity of the employers organisations in Romania.
Law of Employers no. 356/2001
The law under which The National Romanian Entrepreneurship was established in 2002, regulating the constitution, organisation and functioning of the employers organisations.
Government Order no. 26/2000
Concerning foundations and associations, with its further changes and appendages.
Social dialogue
The legal and institutional frame of the tripartite social dialogue between Government, Employers and Syndicates, and of the Social Dialogue Committees at the level of the ministries.
Collective labor contracts
The rules governing the negotiation and the signing of the collective labor contracts, and the designation of the representatives of the employers.
